Can I get recruited without professional recruiting help?

Yes. Regardless if you work with SportsForce or another recruiting company there are necessary actions you must do if you want to maximize your recruiting and potential scholarship opportunities. You need a recruiting game plan, which includes a target list of the right type of schools that fit your athletic and academic profile that match your families financial goals as well. Based on your target list, then comes evaluating and selecting the right events (camps, showcases, tournaments) to select without wasting thousands of dollars like most families do.

Furthermore getting ongoing stats / advanced metrics and quality edited highlight video clips has become a standard requirement to provide to college coaches to help maximize recruiting exposure. Academically, you need to know what core courses are required for different colleges, what type of GPA, transcript, and test scores are necessary for acceptance. If you are a recruited student-athlete the advantage in the admissions process are extremely beneficial at most schools. The recruiting process is very competitive and we often find there are athletes that are good enough to play in college but they aren't being exposed and connected to the right colleges and coaches to get recruited.
